• driving and defining the vision and art direction of the game
  • collaborating with the art team on game production by creating 3D assets, 2D assets and delivering technical solutions - depending on your strengths and experience
  • mentoring and guiding the art team
  • collaborating with the whole team to deliver best quality and resolve any technical obstacles along the way


  • at least 3 years of working experience in gamedev (ideally some of it as a Senior or Lead Artist)
  • deep understanding of art production processes
  • experience with Blender, Substance Painter and Photoshop
  • strong people skills, ability to give constructive feedback
  • portfolio demonstrating your skills
  • ability to work in a team and independently as required in an agile environment
  • ability to contribute innovative and original ideas towards all aspects of game production and development
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • communicative English skills

Nice to have:

  • experience in shipping at least 1 game
  • experience with Houdini
  • experience with Unity
  • experience with GIT
